1. Toluca Ranch Chainsaw Manor in collaboration with Castlehill Bistro

Looking for a good scare? Toluca Ranch Haunted House is a must-visit for thrill-seekers. With terrifying mazes, costumed actors, and eerie special effects, this haunted house promises to get your adrenaline pumping. Perfect for teens and adults, it's one of the most popular spots for Halloween chills in the Valley. Through a collaboration with Castlehill Bistro, you can also enjoy a market & creepy themed food on-site!



 

 2. McAllen Horror Nights

Get ready for a spine-chilling Halloween! The top haunted house producers in South Texas are back with an all-new, crazier-than-ever experience. This year, the haunted house will take over McAllen, delivering a terrifying, mind-blowing adventure for all thrill-seekers. Visit their website for more.



 

3. Trick-or-Treating & Trunk-or-Treat Events

If you’re looking for a fun and safe trick-or-treating experience, check out Trunk-or-Treat events happening at local churches and community centers across the Valley.





 

4. Halloween Comedy Show

Get ready for a hilarious, spooky night! Recalled Productions is bringing a Halloween-themed Stand-Up Comedy Show to the Pharr Community Theater on October 26th. Expect ghoulish laughs, creepy chuckles, and plenty of monster-sized fun. Don't miss this wickedly funny event!



 

5. Pharr's Trail of Terror

Do you have what it takes to walk through this terrifying experience? The City of Pharr is hosting their original Trail of Terror from October 25th to the 27th at the Pharr Vanguard Nature & Birding Center from 7:30-10:30 pm for a frightful walk.  Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes—you’ll need them for this eerie walking trail! Tickets for this FREE TICKETED EVENT will be available on MONDAY, October 14th, at their Special Events Building (209 W Newcombe Park Ave) starting at 8 AM.



6. Shades of Haunted History: Fort Brown

Fort Brown was an important military post on the US-Mexican border. This fort saw various conflicts including the Mexican American War and the Civil War. The first tour begins at 6:15 pm and will be led by Dr. Anthony Knopp, professor emeritus at UTRGV. The second tour begins at 7:15 pm and will be led by Michael Rodriguez.



7. 'Black Clown 3' Movie Premiere

Let’s come together to support one of Mission, Texas' own—Alyssa Renee, as she debuts her film Black Clown 3! This exciting premiere is brought to us by ARO Production House, and it’s a big moment for our local talent. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to catch the premiere and be part of the celebration.
